I’m just feeling extra bloggy today, making up for lost time.

So I was on the phone this morning with one of my not-a-mommy-yet friends.  You know, back when your life wasn’t quite so disgusting.  Back when you did bat an eyelid at spitup…now you wear it like perfume.  Long, long ago, when you got through an entire day without saying the word poop, much less having a five minute conversation about it.  When you might have been grossed out by someone peeing in their bathwater.  You went into public restrooms and didn’t have to remind anyone not to touch anything.

Caleb came running in the room.  “I got a booger for you Mom!  Here go.”

I started laughing and said, “Oh great bud!  Thanks!  A booger!”

My non-mommy friend started laughing…”That’s what I thought he said.  Did he just hand it to you??”

Oh yes.  You know he did.  And he’s proud of it.
