we got it! we got the house!

I have been praying and hoping and trying to trust that something would work out for our living arrangements.  We were on the way to rule out look at two house possibilities today.  About 10 minutes before arriving, a voicemail came through on Scott’s phone.  We were out in the county so the phone never even rang.  Scott listened to the message and got this huge grin.  He locked the brakes down and turned around and went back the direction we had come from.  The person who was interested in purchasing the house we had been planning to get had bad credit.  Needless to say, his loan didn’t go through.  So we got the house we originally wanted.  My hardwood floors and screened in porch.  And wild paint colors.  We have a good bit of painting ahead of us!  She told us she would buy the paint if we did the painting.  So we will be moving at the end of April!  I am obviously too A.D.D. to write this right now, I’ve been sitting here for about two hours.  I’ve made several phone calls and looked at the rest of the internet.  So much has happened today.  We’re moving in less than a month!  Yikes!
