the magic school bus

I have mentioned previously that I put some toys up in Rubbermaids to start a toy rotation. On January 6th to be exact, I marked it on the calendar. Caleb woke up this morning looking for a matchbox scale school bus that had been put in the box. He begged and pleaded that we help find his bus. After an hour of constant nagging, I showed him a large bus that has buttons and plays music, and said “Look I found your bus!” He didn’t look amused. He then proceeded to look under the large bus and around it and replied, “I don’t see my bus.” I got him dressed and got my camera. I started taking a few pictures and trying to get him to look at me. He took his hat off and said, “I’m too sad to smile.” How pitiful!

I had gotten his bus out and hidden it under a jacket in the chair. For some reason, he walked over there and looked under the jacket. His face lit up and he said it was a “magic bus.”
