I love this kid!

This morning, the speech therapist was here. I was on the other side of the house talking as quietly as possible on the phone with Scott. But apparently, Caleb still heard me. She said he put his hand up to his ear and said “Hear Mommy?” She said “Yes, Mommy is on the phone.” He thought about it for a minute and then said “Mommy on the phone ALL day!” Tattle tale!!! It was pretty funny though.

This afternoon when I put him down for a nap…he tucked me in. Yes you read that right. I lay down in our bed with him, and snuggle him down to sleep. He pulled the covers up to my ears, said “night night mommy, sleep tight” and then, get this, took his paci out and kissed me on the cheek. Seriously, he just couldn’t get any sweeter. I say that every day, and every day he proves me wrong by doing something just a little bit cuter and a little bit sweeter. How did I get so lucky?
