exhausted…as usual

My apologies for being absent the last few days. Of course with tv exception of begging you to vote for me in the photo contest…it worked!! My first time winning anything! I’m so excited. Thanks to everyone who voted.

Caleb has been sleeping somewhat less than adequately. I’ve been up at 3am most nights, and was up with him until 5:00 a few nights ago. He had a high fever, which finally broke, drenching us both around 4:30. He was absolutely fine the next morning…who knows.

I’ve been cleaning like it was my job today. Oh wait. It is. I scrubbed off the kitchen cabinets, cleaned out a huge plastic storage tower thing, vacuumed, rearranged the den, emptied the dishwasher, did laundry, and took up a rug to be put in storage. Yet I am sleeping on a blanket on top of the mattress, because clearly cleaning the cabinets takes priority over putting the sheets back on my bed. For the last two nights. It is starting to get chilly outside. I am elated. Now we just need rain.

Tomorrow’s list consists of going to the laundromat to wash the comforter and a miscellaneous load that I don’t want to send through my washer. Caleb and I need to finish or cookie decorating project. The dough didn’t come out so well, so it has been a rolled out sheet in the fridge all weekend.

Anyway lots to do. Which works out well since I feel like crawling in a hole much of the time lately :(

    CONGRATS on winning!! YAY!! I’ve been the same way lately with time. I felt like just a month ago I could run circles around myself and now a days I can not get anything done!!! Asher has also been waking up EVERY night! But he is not sick thank goodness! But I hope your baby feels better, poor thing!!!!
